PENGARUH KEMUDAHAN PENGGUNAAN, KEMUDAHAN PEMBAYARAN, FITUR LAYANAN, DAN KEPERCAYAAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI ACCESS BY KAI

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of ease of use, ease of payment, service features, customer satisfaction and usage decisions. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The sample of this research was 375 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses a test tool in the form of the SPSS application.The results of this study indicate that (1) ease of use has a significant and positive effect on usage decisions, (2) ease of payment has a significant and positive effect on usage decisions, (3) service features do not have a significant and positive effect on usage decisions, (4) consumer trust has a significant and positive effect on usage decisions.
