ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KOMITMEN ORGANISASI GENERASI Z KOTA MADIUN
Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and define the factors that influence organizational commitment in generation Z in Madiun City and to determine which factors are the most dominant. The study is a quantitative approach and uses various confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) analysis tools using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that there are three factors formed that influence organizational commitment, namely career adaptability factors, namely psychological capital, emotional intelligence, locus of control, work flexibility, organizational culture, career development. Balance factors, namely work life balance. Facility factors, namely work environment and compensation. Future suggestions for generation Z in Madiun City to prepare themselves to enter the world of work and for researchers to be able to increase factors as considerations for further factor analysis so that it is possible to obtain several dominant factors.
