PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA KARYAWAN COFFEE SHOP DI KOTA MADIUN

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence on the influence of the Work Environment and Self-Confidence on Work Enthusiasm among Coffee Shop Employees in Madiun City. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling, where the entire population of employees from primary data, specifically those working in the Front Of House (FOH) of Coffee Shops in Madiun City, totals 250 individuals. This research employs a quantitative approach. The data analysis method utilized in this research involves the SPSS 25 program, with data analysis conducted through Classical Assumption Tests, Multiple Linear Regression Tests, F Tests, and T Tests. The results of this study demonstrate that 1) The Work Environment influences the Work Enthusiasm of Coffee Shop Employees in Madiun City. 2) Self-Confidence influences the Work Enthusiasm of Coffee Shop Employees in Madiun City. 3) Both the Work Environment and Self-Confidence influence the Work Enthusiasm of Coffee Shop Employees in Madiun City.
