Abstract


This study entitled "The Influence of Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Incentives on Work Discipline in Tofu Factory Workers in Banjarejo Village, Madiun City." This study aims to empirically prove the effect of work motivation, work environment, and incentives on work discipline in tofu factory workers in Banjarejo Village, Madiun City. The population in this study were 89 workers at the Tofu Factory in Banjarejo Village, Madiun City. The sample in this study used saturated sampling by taking all Tofu Factory workers in the Banjarejo Village, totaling 89 workers. The method used in this study is a quantitative method obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to the entire population of tofu factory workers in the Banjarejo sub-district of Madiun City, while the analytical tool uses SPSS. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis test (test t), Determinant Coefficient Test and simultaneous test (Test f). Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the variable Work Motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Y) with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Work Environment (X2) has no significant effect on work discipline (Y) with a significance value of 0.298 > 0.05. Incentives (X3) have a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Y) with a value of 0.010 <0.05. Work Motivation (X1), Work Environment (X2), Incentives (X3) have a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Y) with a value of 0.000 <0.05.
