PENGARUH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION DAN COMPENSATION TERHADAP EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT PADA KARYAWAN MADIUN JAYA MOTOR

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to prove empirically the impact of employee involvement seen from the effect of effective communication and compensation at Madiun Jaya Motor. The population in this study were 45 people. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique using saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of effective communication on employee engagement among Madiun Jaya Motor employees, so the first hypothesis is accepted. 2) there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee engagement at Madiun Jaya Motor employees, so the second hypothesis is accepted. 3) there is a positive and significant effect of effective communication and compensation on employee engagement among Madiun Jaya Motor employees, so that the third hypothesis is accepted.
