PENGARUH FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY, RISIKO KREDIT DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PERBANKAN PADA BANK UMUM SWASTA YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2018-2021

Abstract

Financial performance is an important part in achieving company goals because financial performance is a tool to determine company development. One of the sub-sectors that has experienced positive growth in financial performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is the banking industry sub-sector which has made a major contribution to national economic growth in Indonesia and can play a role in increasing productivity. This research is entitled The Influence of Financial Technology, Credit Risk and Company Size on Banking Financial Performance at Private Commercial Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 Period. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial technology, credit risk and company size on banking financial performance. The population in this study were 42 companies. The sample in this study used purposive sampling by obtaining 124 company samples. This study uses quantitative methods obtained from financial reports obtained from the IDX web, while the analytical tool uses SPSS 2023. The results show that financial technology (X1) has a positive and significant effect on financial performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 and credit risk ( X2) has a positive and significant effect on financial performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.000. Firm size (X3) has a negative and significant effect on financial performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.025. The results of the study simultaneously show that financial technology, credit risk (NPL) and company size (size) have a significant effect on financial performance (ROA) with a significance value of 0.000
