Abstract


This study aims to provide empirical evidence on "The Influence of Work Environment, Workload, and Work Stress on Employee Loyalty Case Studies at PT. Ramayana Lawu Plaza Madiun”. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach and with the help of the SPSS Version 23 program. This research was conducted on SPG and SPB at PT. Ramayana Lawu Plaza Madiun, with a total sample of 77 employees using the Non Probability Sampling technique with the saturated sample method (census). The population taken in this study are SPG and SPB employees of PT. Ramayana Lawu Plaza Madiun and data collection using a questionnaire with distribution via google form. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis test (t test). The results of the study stated that the work environment (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty (Y) with a significance value of 0.049. Workload (X2) has a negative and significant effect on employee loyalty (Y) with a significance value of 0.246. Work stress (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty (Y) with a significance value of 0.002.
