PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Madiun)

Abstract


This research aims to; (1) determine the effect of workload on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Madiun employees; (2) knowing theeffect of work stress on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Madiun employees; and (3) knowing the effect of workload and work stress simultaneously on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Madiun employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression test techniques. The sample in this study were all employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Madiun, totaling 30 people, with a total sampling technique. Data collection in the field was done by spreading the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire fromeach variable. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a partial significance test (t test), and the determinant coefficient test (R2). Overall, the results of this study are as follows: (1) Workload has a significant effect on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Madiun employees. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the t- count value of 1.692 < t table (1.701); (2) Job stress has a significant effect on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Madiun employees. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the t-count value of 1.688 < t table (1.701); and (3) workload and work stress have a simultaneous effect on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Madiun employees. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the F-count value of 2.560 which is greater than the F-table (2.37).
