Abstract


The purpose ofthisstudy wasto determine the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction for employees of the tourism office of Ponorogo district. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation model. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sample where the respondents were 105 people. The data analysis technique of this study used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25. The results showed that partially organizational culture had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously organizational culture and leadership style have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.
