Abstract


The objectives of the research are (1) provide empirical evidence of the effect of public service motivation towards organizational citizenship behavior; (2) provide empirical evidence of the effect of perceived organizational support towards organizational citizenship behavior; (3) provide empirical evidence on the influence of organizational culture towards organizational citizenship behavior; (4) provide empirical evidence on the effect of public service motivation, the perception of organizational support and organizational culture simultaneously toward organizational citizenship behavior of the employees of the Madiun Regency Civil Registry Service Office. This type of research is quantitative research. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis using t test and
multiple linear regression. The results of the study show (1) there is an influence of public service motivation towards organizational citizenship behavior; (2) there is an influence of perceptions of organizational support towards organizational citizenship behavior; (3) there is an influence of organizational culture towards organizational citizenship behavior; (4) there is an influence of public service motivation, perceptions of organizational support and organizational culture
simultaneously toward organizational citizenship behavior in the Madiun Regency Civil Registry Service Office.
