PENGARUH INSENTIF DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA

Abstract

Company performance depends on individual employee performance. Employee performance is the key to
achieving productivity and company progress. All companies hold their employees accountable for high
performance. Employee performance shows tangible forms of employee work. Managing human resources
to achieve high employee performance requires strong efforts from the company. Efforts that can be made
by companies to improve employee performance are through incentives, work environment and job
satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and work environment on employee
performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at UD Yoga
Jaya Bojonegoro with a sample size of 179 people. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling
technique with the sampling method used in this study is the saturated sampling method. This research is a
quantitative research. Collecting data in this study using questionnaire which was processed using SPSS
17 with multiple regression data analysis followed by path analysis using the sobel test. Based on the
research that has been done, it shows: (1) incentives do not have significant effect on job satisfaction; (2)
The work environment has significant effect on job satisfaction; (3) Incentives have no significant effect
towards employee performance; (4) The work environment does not have significant effect on employee
performance; (5) Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance; (6) Job satisfaction
as mediator does not affect the incentives on employee performance; (7) Job satisfaction as a mediator
does not affect the work environment on employee performance
