Abstract


The objectives of the study were to develop modules to improve the knowledge of VIII grade students of junior high school in studying food preservative substance. The data collection of food preservative module from validation sheet by 2 validator is lecturer of media expert and science teacher of Class VIII of Junior High School. Data analysis techniques for food preservative modules based on component content, presentation, language and module flexibility to show whether or not valid is used as a learning resource. The result of module validation by two validator shows the percentage value of 88,5% that has very good criterion so that result from research can be used as material for preparing food grade preservative module VIII Junior High School
