Abstract


This study aims as a source material for the compilers of SMA X class modules for ecosystem materials by identifying the diversity and abundance of types of macrozoobentos that serve as a bioindicator of water quality of the Asin River Madiun River. The research was conducted in April - May 2017 at three stations that have been determined on the flow of River Asin River Madiun including Station I river near the settlement, Station II river flow near sand mine and Station III river flow near the Market. The study was conducted by plotting quadrant plots 1m x 1m with 10 replications with a maximum depth of 20 cm using a net with a hole diameter of 1 mm and with the help of the hand. The results showed that the index of the diversity of the Asin Madiun River value was 1.63 in the semi-polluted category (medium polluted). Physical-chemical conditions of river waters in the form of DO, temperature and pH in all three research stations still meet the water quality standard requirements so that the flow of River Asin Madiun River is still feasible to become a habitat and the survival of macrozoobentos. Based on the results of research conducted, the overall data obtained successfully compiled into a module based learning ecosystem is very feasible to use the calculation of validation module which has a value of 84.4% with two validator testers.
