PENYUSUNAN MODUL BIOTEKNOLOGI BERBASIS RISET

Abstract

Indonesia has four main problems in education that refer to K 13 regarding a complicated scoring system, teaching staff teaching in the old and monotonous method, low teacher literacy and teaching materials that still have low skill levels. To improve it, new innovations are needed, for example by compiling or developing learning resources based on relevant research. One of them is the research module. This research aims to develop a biotechnology module based on production research and test the quality of the probiotic drink Ginger Ale from local ginger. The procedures used were expert validation and media validation. The results of the study were compiled into a biotechnology module based on research on Ginger ale probiotic drinks which have been validated showing 79.68% so that they are included in valid qualifications or can be used with minor revisions. From the results of media validation, the conclusion is valid or can be used without revision.
