PENYUSUNAN ENSIKLOPEDIA DAN MEDIA KATALASE RESIN BERBASIS IDENTIFIKASI KEANEKARAGAMAN ARTHROPODA TANAH DI KAWASAN ALAS KUCUR KABUPATEN PONOROGO SEBAGAI SUMBER BELAJAR SMA KELAS X

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the diversity of soil arthropods, physico-chemical factors in the Alas Kucur area, Ponorogo Regency and the preparation of The encyclopedia in the section on Arthropoda material and the manufacture of resin catalase media for class X students of SMAN 1 Badegan. Sampling of soil arthropod species was carried out using purposive sampling method, pitfall trap method and hand sorting Arthropod sampling using a belt transect design on an area of 20 x 20 which were divided into 5 stations horizontally. Data analysis was carried out including diversity index, analysis of physico-chemical factors, compilation of encyclopedia and catalase resin media. The results found 10 species representing 8 orders. Soil arthropod diversity was calculated using the Shannon-Diversity Index formula- Wiener (H). The results are concerned ngan shows that the best diversity is at station IV, where the H 'yield is 2.12, which means it is in the range 1.0 <H' <3.322 and is an index of moderate diversity, sufficient productivity, and sufficient ecosystem conditions. The encyclopedia validation results show that it is "feasible" to use with the percentage obtained from material experts 80%, media experts 75%, and biology teachers 80%. The results of the catalase resin media validation showed "Very Feasible" for use with the percentage obtained 90%
