PENYUSUNAN MODUL BIOTEKNOLOGI BERBASIS RISET POTENSI KAPANG SELULOLITIK DENGAN MIKROORGANISME METHAN PADA PROSES PRODUKSI BIOENERGI(BIOGAS) BERBASIS BIOMASSA

Abstract


This research aims to produce research-based biotechnology modules. The compilation of biotechnology modules is carried out using research and development methods which are adaptations of the development stage of the Borg and Gall module (1983), which consists of 6 stages, namely Information Collection and Research, Planning, Development of Initial Product Forms, Preliminary Field Tests, Main Product Revisions, and Main Field Testing. This research was conducted in April-June 2020 in the Biology Laboratory 2, University of PGRI Madiun. This study aims to determine the potential of the mold and biomass waste consortium in the biogas production process, all the data obtained are applied to the Biotechnology Module SMA / MA XII module based on research from the potential of cellulolytic molds with methane microorganisms in the biomass-based bioenergy production process. The Biotechnology Module of SMA / MA XII was tested by two expert validators with the results showing 84.37% which showed that the module could be used in the field with very good and valid qualifications.
