Abstract


This study aims to develop an encyclopedia of biodiversity based on local potential through the identification of Bryophyta and to determine the identification of diversity of species of moss (Bryophyta) found in Munggut Village. This type of research is a research and development (ADD and Development) model with ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This study uses a roaming method with a purposive sampling technique in Munggut Village, the study site is divided into 3 stations and each station has 5 plots measuring 5 m x 5 m. Bryophyta identification results found in the village of Munggut there are 12 types of mosses representing 7 families and 7 orders. Characteristics are distinguished by the form of the substrate (soil, wood or tree, and stone), the shape of the leaf (liver, horns, and leaves), and the colonies (unicellular and multicellular). The diversity of mosses found in Munggut Village is classified as moderate diversity index H '= 2.065577. This research resulted in an encyclopedia. The results of this product were validated by 2 validators, namely material experts with 67% eligibility percentage with valid criteria, while media experts with 70% percentage with valid criteria.
