PENYUSUNAN POSTER BIOLOGI SMA BERBASIS PENELITIAN PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR DAUN PAITAN (Thitonia diversivolia) DAN URIN KELINCI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN BAYAM MERAH (Alternanthera amoena Voss.)

Abstract


Spinach is one of vegetable plants consumed by the community and originating from the tropical American region. Spinach was originally known as an ornamental plant, but in its development spinach was promoted as food source of protein, vitamins and containing mineral salts such as calcium, phosporus, and iron. One type of spinach plant is red spinach (Alternanthera amoena voss.). Red spinach will grow at a soil pH of about 6-7. If the pH is less than 6, it will reduce the nutriens in the soil. Meanwhile at pH above 7, the red spinach plants will experience chlorosis. The part of paitan plant that can be used as organic fertilizer is the leaves. Utilization of linkages as a source of nutrients, which can be utilized in the form of liquid organic fertilizer or compost. Rabbit feces and urine can be used pesticides and organic fertilizers, because nitrogen levels in rabbit urine are higher than other herbivorous animals such as cattle and goats. Rabbit manure and urine have N : 2.72%, P : 1.1%, and K content : 0.5% . Poster is a presentation that is a combining of clear, striking and intersting visuals with the intention of attracting attention. Result of the research was conducted the measurement of height Red spinach done after the acclimatization 5 days and treatment 25 days. Added highest in plants with tratment K (0 ppm) that is 23.1. Highest number of leaves produced by plants treated with concentrations of liquid fertilizer paitan leaves and rabbit urine (3000 ppm) is 48.4. Wet weight of spinach plants is obtained by weighing red spinach plants wen harvested. Red spinach plants with the highest to lowest administration of paitan leaves and rabbir urine are 3000 ppm (tratment C) with an average wet weight of 38 grams. The different concentrations of liquid fertilizer from paitan leaves and rabbit urine did not significantly affecft plant growth, but the most effective concentration for increasing number of leaves and wet of red spinach plants was at C (3000 ppm) concentrations.
