Abstract

The uterus is a vital organ for mice. Uterine thickness is estimated to be influenced by several compounds including phenol, flavonoi, saponins, alkaloids, tannins, which are present in the moringa leaf compound. This study aimed to test whether mempengaruhu i Moringa leaf thickness endometrial lining of the uterus of mice. Research using quantative methods , with an experimental approach and RAL . The study was conducted at the Biology Laboratory 2, University of PGRI Madiun from March to July 2019, and the determination of the number of samples by criteria female, physically healthy, not disabled, not pregnant, aged 3-4 months, weighing 30-40 grams . Analysis d ata research using descriptive analysis, normality test, ANOVA test, post Hoc test, kruskal wallis test Management of research statistics using IBM SPSS.23. Research result showed that there was no effect of moringa leaf compounds on the thickness of the endometrial layer in mice because thickening of the endometrial layer was caused by homon estrogen and progesterone. When the body no longer made eggs and did not ovulate, the body did not make progesterone. At that time the uterine wall will not be shed again. But if there is too much estrogen in the body, the endometrial wall can continue to grow and thicken. So, the imbalance between estrogen and progesterone is the cause of thickening of the uterine wall
