Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keaneka ragaman gender dalam tata kelola perusahaan dan implikasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan kecerdasan emosional.dengan mengetahui peran perempuan
dalam memimpin perusahaan modern dan kesenjangan tertunda dan diratakan , metode yang digunakan penelitian ini termasuk penelitian dalam dua cara yang berbeda: (1) bentuk kesenjangan yang besar masih
ada Antara Pria dan Wanita di bagian atas Tourist Organisasi di seluruh dunia (2) berpendapat antara penelitian yang diketahui jenis kesenjangan keaneka ragaman jenis kelamin yang ada. Khusus untuk posisi
tertentu dipegang oleh perempuan di setiap manajer perusahaan dan hubungannya dengan kecerdasan emosional, sebagai langkah pertama untuk agenda penelitian. Hasil Diharapkan kesenjangan yang relevan
dalam tiga hal Dilihat: kehadiran, gaji dan senioritas perusahaan trevel di kota Surabaya. Perempuan cenderung terfokus hanya pada beberapa tugas perusahaan seperti pemasaran dan Mereka yang berkaitan
dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia. bdalam pandangan pertama Yang Bisa Dianggap manifestasi tambahan kesenjangan gender, pada saat yang sama adalah kesempatan untuk menghubungkan perusahaan-perusahaan modern untuk gaya baru manajemen di mana Bisa Pendekatan seperti kecerdasan emosional memainkan peran penting dalam perusahaan.
