Self compassion sebagai sikap pereduksi perilaku agresi relasi remaja di sekolah

Abstract


Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana self-compassion dikembangkan sebagai sikap pereduksi perilaku agresi relasi remaja di sekolah secara konseptual. Perilaku agresi relasi sering dimaklumi karena alasan syarat kondisi perkembangan remaja yang berada pada tahap transisi dan perbedaan latar belakang budaya antar mereka. Para remaja di sekolah telah menemukan cara yang lebih cerdik dalam menyakiti korbannya, dari bentuk fisik berubah bentuk menjadi lebih halus, dengan agresi relasi. Tujuannya adalah untuk merusak hubungan atau dukungan, persahabatan atau ikatan kelompok, status social, dan harga diri. Self-compassion dinilai sebagai sebuah sikap yang mampu mereduksi perilaku agresi relasi remaja di sekolah. Umumnya self compassion adalah bentuk kasih sayang terhadap diri. Namun, melalui prinsip reciprocal golden rule, komponen self-compassion yang meliputi selfkindness, sense of common humanity, dan mindfulness dapat dimanifestasikan dalam setting intrapersonal maupun interpersonal.

The purpose of this article is to examine how self-compassion was developed as a behavioral reduction attitude of adolescent aggression relation in school conceptually. Relational Aggression is understandable because of the condition condition of the development of adolescents who are in transition stage and differential of culture’s situation. Teens at school have found a smarter way of hurting their victims, from being physically deformed to more refined, to the aggression of relationships. The goal is to damage relationships or support, friendship or group bonding, social status, and self-esteem. Self-compassion is considered as an attitude that can reduce the behavior of aggression of adolescent relation in school. Generally self-compassion is a form of self-affection. However, through the principle of reciprocal golden rule, self-compensation components that include self-sense, sense of common humanity, and mindfulness can be manifested in intrapersonal and interpersonal settings.
