Efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik problem solving untuk meningkatkan berfikir kritis

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pentingnya pendidikan bagi suatu bangsa negara dengan adanya perkembangan zaman yang terus maju maka sangat diperlukan keterampilan 4C yang harus dimiliki peserta didik pada abad 21 yaitu diantaranya adalah berfikir kritis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui “Efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik problem solving untuk meningkatkan berfikir kritis siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 1 Geger Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022”. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode desain pre- eksperimental dengan jenis one group pretest posttest design. Populasi penelitian keseluruhan sebanyak 288 siswa kelas VIII siswa dan sampel yang diambil oleh peneliti yaitu sebanyak 10 siswa tersebut diambil berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru BK yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu suatu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu atau seleksi khusus. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, instrumen ini memiliki 30 pernyataan valid dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,833. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon dengan hasil hipotesis yang diperoleh nilai asymp. Sig. 2-tailed  = 0.005, berarti lebih kecil dari nilai signifikansi α = 0,05 sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis dapat diterima. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik problem solving efektif untuk dijadikan sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan berpikir kritis siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Geger.

Abstract
This research is motivated by the importance of education for a nation, with the development of the times that continue to advance, 4C skills that must be possessed by students in the 21st century are critical thinking. The purpose of this study was to determine "The effectiveness of group guidance services with problem solving techniques to improve critical thinking for class VIII students at SMPN 1 Geger in the 2021/2022 academic year". This research uses a pre-experimental design method with the type of one group pretest posttest design. The research population as a whole is 288 class VIII students and the sample taken by the researcher is as many as 10 students are taken based on the results of interviews with BK teachers who were selected by purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations or special selection. Based on the test results, this instrument has 30 valid statements with a reliability of 0.833. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was the Wilcoxon test with the results of the hypothesis that the asymp value was obtained. Sig. 2-tailed = 0.005, which means it is smaller than the significance value of = 0.05 so it can be stated that the hypothesis can be accepted.
