Mereduksi problem stres sekolah melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok problem solving

Abstract

ujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode problem solving untuk mereduksi problem stres sekolah siswa kelas VIII. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPN 2 Jiwan Kabupaten Madiun dengan desain quasi experimental design. Populasi dalan penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Jiwan Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019  dengan jumlah 62 siswa. sampel yang diambil sebanyak 10 siswa dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian setelah mendapat perlakuan , menunjukkan adanya penurunan problem stress sekolah pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Jiwan. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji wilcoxon diperoleh hasil dari perhitungan wilcoxon sign rank test, maka nilai Z yang di dapat sebesar -2.803 dengan p value (Asymp.Sig 2 tailed) sebesar 0,005 dimana kurang dari batas kritis penelitian 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa “layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode problem solving efektif untuk mereduksi problem stress sekolah pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Jiwan Kabupaten Madiun Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019”.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services with problem solving methods to reduce the stress problems of school grade VIII students.This research was conducted at Jiwan District 2 of Madiun Junior High School with a quasi experimental design. The population in this study was class VIII Jiwan Junior High School 2 Academic Year 2018/2019 with 62 students. the sample taken was 10 students using the purposive sampling method. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the Wilcoxon test. Based on the results of research data analysis after receiving treatment, it shows a decrease in school stress problems in class VIII Jiwan Middle School 2. From the results of hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon test, the results obtained from the calculation of the Wilcoxon sign rank test, the value of Z obtained is -2.803 with p value (Asymp. Sig 2 tailed) of 0.005 which is less than the 0.05 critical criterion. that "group guidance services with effective problem solving methods to reduce school stress problems in class VIII Jiwan 2 Junior High School 2 District Madiun Academic Year 2018/2019"
