Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership, job placement, incentives and work culture on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. KCU Madiun. This study provides empirical evidence of the influence of democratic leadership, work placement, incentives and work culture on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. KCU Madiun. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The research population is the employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. KCU Madiun totaling 109 people. Determining the number of samples using the census method or with saturated sampling techniques, so that the entire population is used as a research sample. The research instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results of the study prove: (1) Democratic leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. KCU Madiun, (2) Work placement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. KCU Madiun, (3) incentives have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. KCU Madiun, (4), work culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. KCU Madiun, (5) Democratic leadership, job placement, incentives, work culture, have a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. KCU Madiun.
