Abstract


High Turnover Intention can lead to the instability of a company. If a company experiences a high turnover intention, it will have a negative impact on a company. In this study, the elements refer to the variables of organizational commitment and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to find empirical evidence about the effect of normative commitment on turnover intention at PT. Dwi Prima Sentosa Caruban, to find out empirical evidence about the effect of work motivation on turnover intention of PT. Dwi Prima Sentosa Caruban, to find out empirical evidence about the effect of normative commitment and work motivation on turnover intention of PT. Dwi Prima Sentosa Caruban. This research was conducted on 144 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) normative commitment partially has a significant effect on the turnover intention of PT. Dwi Prima Sentosa Caruban, 2) work motivation partially has a significant effect on the turnover intention of PT. Dwi Prima Sentosa Caruban, 3) normative commitment and work motivation simultaneously have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention of PT. Dwi Prima Sentosa Caruban.
