PERAN DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP PENERAPAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL PEGAWAI DI PEMERINTAH KOTA MADIUN

Abstract

This study aims to find out and empirically prove the role of organizational support for the application of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).  The population in this study were employees in the Madiun City Government environment, samples were taken using the Slovin method with a total of 354 respondents. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using regression tests of primary data collected through questionnaires and processed using the SPSS application software. The results of this study are 1) organizational support has a significant positive effect on perceived usefullness, 2) organizational support has a significant negative effect on perceived ease of use.
