MOTIVASI KARYAWAN: FOKUS PADA PENGHARGAAN INTRINSIK DAN EFEKTIVITAS PELATIHAN KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. INKA MADIUN

Abstract

Every action taken by employees while they are employed by the company contributes to their level of job satisfaction. Everybody's level of enjoyment is different. Job satisfaction of impacted employees is expected to have an impact on the attainment of better organizational goals, making it one of the primary aims of human resource management in businesses. This investigation seeks to provide empirical proof of intrinsic rewards, intrinsic motivation, and the effect of staff development on performance at PT. INKA Madiun. The approach for this study is quantitative research. Saturation sampling (census) was employed as the sampling approach to collect data from a questionnaire with 157 respondents in the final sample. The data analysis also includes Sobel's test and multiple linear regression analysis.1) According to the study's findings, providing intrinsic incentives to PT. Inka Madiun has a positive and significant impact on the employee's motivation to work hard. 2) Intrinsic incentives have a positive and significant impact on the employees of PT. Inka Madiun's productivity. 3) The effectiveness of employee training has a positive and significant impact on the employees' work motivation at PT. Inka Madiun. 4) The effectiveness of employee training has a positive and significant impact on the staff of PT. Inka Madiun. 5) The fifth hypothesis is accepted since staff appearance at PT. Inka Madiun is positively and significantly influenced by employee motivation. This demonstrates PT. The degree of motivation of the Inka Madiun employees is reflected in their performance.
