PENGARUH LOCUS OF CONTROL, KEPUASAN KERJA, DUKUNGAN ORGANISAS DAN KETERLIBATAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI (STUDI PADA PKWT PT IMS MADIUN)

Abstract


This study examines the effect of locus of control on organizational support on job satisfaction and job involvement (study on PKWT PT IMS Madiun). The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence about the locus of control of organizational support, job satisfaction and job involvement. Respondents in this study were 252 employees at PKWT PT IMS Madiun. The sampling technique is by means of proportional random sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. Data processing uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing (t test) with the SPSS version 25 analysis tool. Based on the results of the t test, it shows that Locus of control (X1) has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a significance value of 17.008. Job satisfaction (X2) has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a significance value of 4.565. Organizational Support (X3) has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a significance value of 7.939. Work Involvement (X4) has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a significance value of 4.799.
