PENGARUH TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP, DAN CULTURE CONTROL TERHADAP KINERJA TNI AU DI LANUD ISWAHJUDI MADIUN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and culture control on the performance of the Indonesian Air Force Iswahjudi Madiun Air Force Base. The sample is 180 members of the Indonesian Air Force Iswahjudi Madiun air base. This study used a quantitative method with a survey research type. The sample technique used purposive sampling is a sampling technique using certain considerations in this study, namely non-commissioned officers and enlisted personnel. Data collection techniques, namely interviews and questionnaires. The types of data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, which was then analyzed using validity and reliability tests, t tests, and F tests. The results showed that variable X1 had an influence on Y with a sig. 0.218 > 0.05 and the t-count value is 1.243 <1.99 or H1 is accepted while the X2 variable has an influence on Y with a sig value. 0.002 <0.05 and t-count value 3.238 > 1.99 or H2 is accepted. Variables X1 and X2 simultaneously have an influence on variable Y with a sig value. 0.002 <0.05 and calculated F value of 6.847 > F table 3.05 or H3 is accepted.
