PRESTASI KERJA YANG DIPENGARUHI OLEH PENGALAMAN KERJA, KESEJAHTERAAN TENAGA KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI (STUDI KASUS PADA KSP SEMARAK DANA CARUBAN)

Abstract


This study aims to provide empirical evidence on work performance that is influenced by work experience, worker welfare, and compensation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The research population was all employees of KSP Semarak Dana Caruban, totaling 73 people. The research method uses a quantitative approach using the statistical package program for the social sciences, so that the entire population is used as a research sample. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. This research was conducted based on the results of pre-research which showed that there were several problems regarding work performance which were influenced by work experience, worker welfare, and compensation at KSP Semarakar Dana Caruban. The results of this study are work experience has a positive and significant effect on work performance. The welfare of workers has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Compensation has a negative and significant effect on work performance.
