Abstract


Work discipline is a person's behavior in complying with work regulations that have been set without coercion from any party. The purpose of this research is to prove the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, and work motivation on work discipline. This research was conducted on employees of CV. Tjipta Putra Plasindo Ponorogo. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach using SPSS software. The results in this study are compensation has a significant effect on work discipline, job satisfaction has a significant effect on work discipline, work motivation has a significant effect on work discipline and compensation, job satisfaction, and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on work discipline.Keywords: Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Work Discipline
