PENGARUH DIGITALISASI PELAYANAN PUBLIK DAN EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP KESIAPAN UNTUK BERUBAH PADA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA KABUPATEN MAGETAN

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and prove empirically the effect of digitalization of public services and self-efficacy on readiness for change in the state civil apparatus (ASN) in Magetan Regency. This research was conducted on state civil servants (ASN) in Magetan Regency with a sample of 379 respondents. The research method used is a quantitative approach using regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of this study are that digitalization of public services does not significantly affect readiness for change in the state civil apparatus (ASN) in Magetan Regency. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on readiness for change in the state civil apparatus (ASN) in Magetan Regency. And digitalization of public services and self-efficacy simultaneously influence readiness for change in the state civil apparatus (ASN) in Magetan Regency.
