PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA BPR PUNDHI CABANG GORANG-GARENG KABUPATEN MAGETAN

Abstract


Job satisfaction can be analyzed by looking at the compensation given by the company and the motivation given by superiors. This research is a quantitative study that aims to answer the question of whether there is a positive influence between compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction at BPR Pundhi Gorang-Gareng Branch. The research method used is a quantitative approach by collecting primary data through questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done by statistical tests, namely the t test (partial) and the f test (simultaneous). The results of this study are based on the partial test (t test) showing that the compensation variable has a positive effect on job satisfaction. This can be seen from the t count of 4.168 with a sig value of 0.000. Based on the partial test (t test) shows that the variable Work Motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction at BPR Pundhi Gorang-Gareng Branch. This can be seen from the t count of 6.092 with a sig value of 0.000. Based on the results of the f (simultaneous) test, it shows that the variables of compensation and work motivation together have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction at the BPR Pundhi Gorang-Gareng branch. This can be seen from the acquisition of f count 222.626 with a sig value of 0.000.
