PENGARUH SUPPORT PERCEPTION ORGANIZATION DAN WORK ENVIRONMENT TERHADAP SELF MONITORING PADA KARYAWAN PT. GUDANG GARAM NGLAMES

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to empirically prove the effect of support perception organization and work environment on self monitoring in employees of PT. Gudang Garam Nglames. In this study, the sample was determined to be 105 employees with the sampling technique using the Non-Probability Sampling type, namely saturated sampling. This study uses the research instrument test method, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test. The results show that support perception organization has a significant effect on self monitoring, work environment has a significant effect on self monitoring, and support perception organization and the work environment has a significant effect on self-monitoring simultaneously.
