PENGARUH APLIKASI ABSENSI MOBILE GPS DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

The goal of the research was to ascertain whether employee work discipline was impacted by mobile GPS attendance and motivation. The whole population served as the research sample for this study, which was carried out at the Office of PT PLN UP3 Madiun. Path analysis and the SPSS version 23 application are both employed in the quantitative research methodology. According to the study's findings, motivation and absence both have a good impact on workplace discipline.
