PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DEMOKRATIS DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN UPT PT DAN HMT MAGETAN

Abstract


This study aims to a) provide empirical evidence related to the influence of democratic leadership style on the work motivation of UPT PT employees and HMT Magetan. b) in providing concrete evidence related to the influence of the work environment on the work motivation of employees working at UPT PT and HMT Magetan. c) in providing concrete evidence related to leadership style and work environment on the work motivation of employees who work at UPT PT and HMT Magetan. This type of research is Quantitative Research. The research sample contained 37 respondents. The sampling technique applied is census sampling. Data was taken by applying a questionnaire which was distributed to all employees of UPT PT and HMT Magetan. The data analysis step applied is multiple linear regression analysis through the use of the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The research obtained are: a) democratic leadership style has a significant influence on the motivation to work of UPT PT employees and HMT Magetan. b) the work environment has a significant influence on the motivation of UPT PT employees and HMT Magetan. c) democratic leadership style and work environment simultaneously and partially have a significant influence on the motivation to work UPT PT and HMT Magetan.
