PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN K3 DAN PERSEPSI RISIKO TERHADAP KEDISIPLINAN DALAM MENGGUNAKAN ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI PEGAWAI PEMADAM KEBAKARAN DAN PENYELAMATAN KOTA MADIUN

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out whether there was an effect of OHS knowledge and risk perception on discipline in using personal protective equipment for Madiun City Fire and Rescue employees. The population is all employees of the Madiun City Fire and Rescue Department, totaling 45 people. The sample used in this study was a saturated or census sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26. The results of this study are OSH knowledge has a positive effect on discipline in using personal protective equipment. Perceived risk has a positive effect on discipline in using personal protective equipment
