Abstract


This study entitled "The Influence of Leadership, Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the National Land Agency (BPN) of Madiun Regency". The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the influence of leadership, motivation, and the work environment on employee performance at the Madiun Regency National Land Agency (BPN). The population in this study were 50 employee samples. The sample in this study used saturated sampling by obtaining a sample of 50 employees at the Madiun Regency National Land Agency (BPN). The method used in this study is a quantitative method of analysis using SPSS 24. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). This research was conducted based on pre-research showing that there are several problems regarding employee performance that are influenced by leadership, motivation, and the work environment. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire with the distribution of data via google form. The results prove that leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
