Abstract


This study entitled "The Role of Self-Efficacy, Family Social Support, and Career Adaptability on Career Development Case Study of PT. Railway Industry (Persero). The purpose of this study is to provide partial evidence in Career Development Influenced by the Role of Self-Efficacy, Family Social Support, and Career Adaptability at PT. Railway Industry (Persero) Madiun. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The research population is all employees of PT. Madiun Railway Industry (Persero), totaling 120 people. This research method uses a quantitative approach using the Statistical Package for the Social Science 25.0 for windows program, so that the entire population is used as a research sample. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, T test, test the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the T test, it was found that the variable Self-Efficacy (X1) partially has a significant effect on career development (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, Family Social Support (X2) partially has a significant effect on career development (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, Career Adaptability (X3) partially has a significant effect on career development (Y) with a significant value of 0.002
