PENGARUH KOMITMEN AFEKTIF, KOMPENSASI, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KBPRARTHA KENCANA MADIUN

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of affective commitment, compensation, and work motivation on employee performance at KBPR Artha Kencana Madiun. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal design with a total sample of 95 employees of KBPR Artha Kencana Madiun. Data analysis was carried out namely descriptive analysis, research instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test), multiple linear regression analysis, multiple determination coefficient test, and hypothesis testing (t test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of affective commitment, compensation, and work motivation on employee performance at KBPR Artha Kencana Madiun partially.
