PENGARUH SELF EFFICACY, EMOTIONAL STABILITY, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP JOB PERFORMANCE (Studi Kasus Pada Perawat Puskesmas Bringin Kabupaten Ngawi)

Abstract


This study aims to determine the significant effect of self-efficacy, emotional stability, and work environment on job performance (a case study on nurses at the Bringin Public Health Center, Ngawi Regency) partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative study with a total sample of 50 nurses. Data analysis in this study used 1) research instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), 2) classic assumption tests including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests. 3) hypothesis testing includes t test, F test, and coefficient of multiple determination. 4) multiple linear regression analysis. 5) descriptive analysis. The results showed that partially and simultaneously self-efficacy, emotional stability, and the work environment had a positive and significant effect on job performance (a case study on nurses at the Bringin Health Center, Ngawi District). The influence of self-efficacy, emotional stability, and work environment has a positive and significant effect on job performance, namely 83.5%, with the remaining 16.5% being explained by other variables not examined in this study.
