EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT DAN BURNOUT PADA KINERJA KARYAWAN PEREMPUAN MINORITAS PT.INKA MULTI SOLUSI (IMS) MADIUN

Abstract


Human resources are formed on the basis of human competence itself, the company only carries out developments that are in accordance with the company's needs to achieve these goals. In a company there must be discrimination against employees. This is caused by the gender of the employee. One of the occurrences of discrimination is the imbalance in the number of employees between male and female employees. At least female workers often experience discrimination by other workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee engagement and burnout on the performance of female minority employees at PT. INKA Multi Solutions (IMS) Madiun. The method in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling, with a total sample of 86 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. While the data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that 1) There is a positive and significant effect of employee engagement on the performance of female minority employees at PT. Inka Multi Solutions (IMS) Madiun. 2) There is a  negative and  significant effect of burnout on the performance of female minority employees at PT. Inka Multi Solutions (IMS) Madiun. 3) There is a significant effect of employee engagement and burnout simultaneously on the performance of female minority employees at PT. Inka Multi Solutions (IMS) Madiun.
