Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intrinsic reward on motivation, the effect of employee perceived training effectiveness on motivation, the effect of intrinsic reward on employee performance through employee motivation, and the effect of employee motivation on employee performance at PT. Solar Power Prosperous Ponorogo. The method in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, with a total sample of 121 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. While data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and sobel test. The results showed that 1) intrinsic reward has a positive and significant impact on the motivation  of   PT.   Solar  Power  Prosperous  Ponorogo.  2)   Employee  perceived  training effectiveness has a positive and significant influence on PT. Solar Power Prosperous Ponorogo. 3) Employee motivation is able to mediate the influence of the relationship between intrinsic reward and employee performance.. 4) motivation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Solar Power Prosperous Ponorogo
