PENGARUH WORK LIFE BALANCE, KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, DAN MINDFULNESS TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT INDOMARCO PRISMATAMA DI KOTA MADIUN

Abstract


Employees as organizational human resources professionally must be able to produce quality performance. Indomaret as a minimarket network managed by  PT Indomarco Prismatama, requires employees with maximum performance. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of work-life balance, emotional intelligence and mindfulness partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The study population was employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama who worked at Indomaret minimarket outlets in the Madiun City area, totaling 216 people. The sample size was determined by the Slovin formula so that a sample of 140 people was obtained which was determined by the proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing uses the t test and F test. The results of the study prove:     (1) Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama, (3) Mindfulness has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama, (4) Work-life balance, emotional intelligence and mindfulness have a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama.
