PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, REFFERENCE GROUP, DAN PROGRAM BIMBINGAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN IKUT BIMBINGAN BELAJAR (Studi Empiris Pada Orang Tua Siswa Kumon Sawo Barat Madiun)

Abstract

Kumon Tutoring is a tutoring institution that is well known in Indonesia. In this study, the population was the parents of 125 students of Kumon Sawo Barat Madiun. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. Data analysis using linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the effect of service quality on the decision to take part in tutoring at the Kumon Branch of Sawo Barat Madiun; (2) To determine the effect of the reference group on the decision to take part in tutoring at the Kumon Branch of Sawo Barat Madiun; (3) To find out the effect of the guidance program on the decision to take tutoring at the Kumon Branch of Sawo Barat Madiun; and (4) to find out the quality of service, reference groups and guidance programs influence the decision to take tutoring at Kumon Branch Sawo Barat Madiun.
