Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction (X1), Life Satisfaction (X2), Islamic Work Ethics (X3) and on Employee Motivation (Y) in the Amil Zakat Infaq and Shodaqoh Institutions (LAZIS) Madiun City. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. In this study, a questionnaire model was used with 47 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, several conclusions can be drawn in research on employees of the Amil Zakat Infaq and Shodaqoh Institute (LAZIS) Madiun City as follows, Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on the work motivation of employees of the Amil Zakat Infaq and Shodaqoh Institution (LAZIS) Madiun City. Life Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on the work motivation of employees of the Amil Zakat Infaq and Shodaqoh Institution (LAZIS) in Madiun City. Islamic Work Ethics has no effect and is significant on the Work Motivation of the Employees of the Amil Zakat Infaq and Shodaqoh Institution (LAZIS) Madiun City
