Abstract


This study examines the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and intrinsic motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in civil service police officers and the Madiun city fire department. The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence about Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Intrinsic Motivation. Respondents in this study were 179 employees at the Civil Service Police Unit and the Madiun City Fire Department. The sampling technique is by means of Probability Sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. Data processing uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with IMB SPSS Statistics 26. The results showed that the Transformational Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Intrinsic Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
