PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN UNIT DONOR DARAH PMI KABUPATEN MADIUN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and workload on employee job satisfaction at the PMI Blood Donor Unit in Madiun Regency. The population in this study is the PMI Madiun Blood Donor Unit. This study used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 35. The research method used was a quantitative approach to primary data using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has an effect on employee job satisfaction and workload has an effect on employee job satisfaction.
