PENGARUH EMPOWERMENT, TEAMWORK, DAN TRAINING TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA KARYAWAN BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN CABANG KOTA MADIUN

Abstract


This research is entitled "The Influence of Empowerment, Teamwork, and Training on Work Productivity of Employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch of Madiun City. The purpose of this study was to test empirically the effect of empowerment, teamwork, and training on work productivity for employees of the Madiun City Branch of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The population in this study were 40 employees of the Madiun City Branch of Employment BPJS. The sample in this study used a saturated sample and the sampling technique used non-probability sampling by obtaining 40 samples. The method used in this study was a quantitative method obtained from the results of the questionnaire, while the data analysis tool used SPSS 2023. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the Empowerment variable (X1) partially had a significant effect on work productivity (Y) with a significance value of 0.008. Teamwork (X2) partially has a significant effect on work productivity (Y) with a significance value of 0.000. Training (X3) partially has a significant effect on work productivity (Y) with a significance value of 0.000.
