PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWANPADA COFFEE SHOP DI KOTA MADIUN
Abstract
This study entitiled the effect of work discipline, work motivation ank work environment on employee performance at a coffee shop in the city of Madiun. The purpose of this study was to provide emperical evidence about the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Madiun coffee shop employees. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample of this research is 113 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with the spread of google form. Data analysis techniques using the IBM SPSS 25 test tool. The results of this study are work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at coffee shop in the city of Madiun. While the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance at coffee shop in the city of Madiun.
